United Women in Faith (UWF)
United Women in Faith (UWF) seeks to connect and nurture women through Christian spiritual formation, leadership development, creative fellowship, and education so that they can inspire, influence and impact local and global communities. At Boston Avenue Church, we have a number of small groups, called circles, which meet monthly. All members of these circles are part of the Boston Avenue Unit of United Women in Faith. Our Boston Avenue UWF circles meet once a month to study together, support each other in mission, foster spiritual growth, develop leaders, and advocate for justice. In keeping with our diverse membership, some circles meet during the day, some in the evening, some at the church, and some in members’ homes. United Methodist Men (UMM)
Men of all ages are invited to join our United Methodist Men’s group every Friday at 7 a.m. in the Aldersgate Room or via Zoom (Contact Jim Lee to receive the logon information for the meeting at jimcarolynlee@sbcglobal.net or 918.599.9009.) for a devotional and discussion.
We also engage in regular mission activities.
