Pride Events in June
Join Boston Avenue for our multiple Pride events in June!
Rainbow Run
Join us on Friday, June 23 from 6:30-9:00 p.m. for the Rainbow Run! Boston Avenue is a main water station for runners along this part of the route (including water bowls for dogs!). We’d love to have you volunteer to pass our water and cheer for the runners as they pass the church.
Pride Parade
Join us on Saturday, June 24 for the Tulsa Pride Parade! Our church is the starting line of the parade, so we need plenty of volunteers to show hospitality by greeting folks as they enter the building to use our restroom, sitting at different water stations in our parking lot, and walking in the parade to share God’s love with all! The parade starts at 6:00 p.m.
Please note that the cooling station and restrooms will be moved to the Jubilee Gym this year to increase the number of restrooms and seating available to our guests.

Don’t forget your Pride shirt! Visit http://bit.ly/ShopBAUMC to order your shirt. Order by June 7 to make sure your shirt arrives in time for Pride! You’re welcome to use a shirt from a previous year, too. We are aiming to look like a rainbow with all of the different shirt colors!
