Restore Book Club
The Restore Book Club is a new group hosted by Rev. Betsy Stewart-Dooley (Associate Minister of Pastoral Care and Alternative Worship at Boston Avenue UMC) and Lenox Johnson (Young Adults Coordinator at Boston Avenue UMC) that will meet bi-monthly.
This group will focus on reading books that aid in a journey of restoration and wholeness in the spiritual self.
The first book will be “Flag and the Cross” by Samuel L. Perry and Philip S. Gorski, and will meet Saturday, Nov 18 at 10:00 a.m. at the Williams Lodge of the Gathering Place.
