Sunday Services
8:30 a.m. & 11:00 a.m. Worship Services (11:00 service televised live each Sunday morning on KTUL-TV, Channel 8)
Both services are vibrant, traditional services. Our youth Chapel Choir sings at the 8:30 service each week, and our adult Chancel Choir sings at the 11:00 service.
9:40 a.m. Sunday School for all ages, infants through adults
Communion Services (every Sunday)
9:30 a.m. Service of Holy Communion in Rose Chapel
12:10 p.m. Service of Communion and Healing also in Rose Chapel
11:15 a.m Children’s Chapel Service
Our younger children, older preschoolers through second graders, have an age-appropriate service in the children’s worship space, New Song Sanctuary.
6:00 p.m. Vesper Communion Service – usually the first Sunday of each month.
This service usually involves special music, a brief sermon by one of our associate ministers, and Holy Communion. Each month’s service has a different focus.
Special Seasonal Services
During Advent
Festival of Lessons & Carols is a service alternating scripture readings of the prophecy and birth of Jesus, interspersed with music by a small, select choir and orchestra
Silent Night Service is designed for those who have experienced a loss
Service of the Bells is led by our children, with readings, anthems and a live nativity tableau
Natalie O. Warren presentation of Messiah, by G. F. Handel, performed by our Chancel Choir with soloists and orchestral accompaniment
Candlelight Christmas Eve Services at 4:00 & 6:00 p.m. on Dec. 24
Candlelight Communion Service at 11:00 p.m. on Dec. 24
During Lent
Ash Wednesday Services at noon and 6 p.m. as the season of Lent begins
Maundy Thursday Service at 7:30 p.m. on the Thursday before Easter
Good Friday Service at noon on the Friday before Easter
Easter Services at 8, 9:30 & 11 a.m.
During Summer
Old Time July Revival Services on Sunday mornings during July
