Paula Gradney-Garner, Director of Young Children and Special Needs, first joined the administrative staff in 2008, serving as the Adult Education Associate. Previously, she had over 18 years of experience in the Early Childhood Education field as a preschool teacher and director. In November, 2013, she was promoted to Director of Young Children and Special Needs, with responsibilities for ministries with Young Children (ages 0-5) and Special Needs. She also serves as a lay representative to the Council Oak District Mission Strategy Team, and the Oklahoma Conference New Faith Communities Ministry Team. She holds a Special Needs Certification from Tulsa Technology Center, a Bachelor of Science in Human Services, Development, and Management, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, Tulsa Campus. She is currently in the UMC certification process for Children's Ministries and Christian Education through Perkins School of Theology.
